Josephine notified me she was able to do the hair I was after. I was in her salon from 11–6 pm... because she had no idea what she was doing. She turned my natural hair colour ORANGE, and burnt my scalp to crisp. It was blistering and ouzing and is now peeling. My hair is snapped and falling out. My fringe was blue from her toner. The most awful job I have ever seen from a professional. I would not recommend to anyone. Also was washing drying and straightening another 5 or so clients whilst she was doing my hair. Couldn’t maintain time.
